Incredible Experience I can honestly say best experience I've ever had buying a second hand vehicle, every single vehicle in the show room was immaculate. Earlier in the day we had been to view a vehicle at a different location and it was like night and day for the experience. Bought an Audi TT four weeks ago and thought I would wait to run car in to leave a review. Travelled from Kent to see the car and was not disappointed Phil was excellent from start to finish and if you are looking for a genuine second hand car then look no further as you will not be disappointed. Car was more than described and I found Phil to be extremely genuine and the whole experience very smooth. Lots of dealers out there are very unscrupulous but not this one definitely worth a visit and you will not be disappointed. Stuart is absolutely amazing. He is what Ian Farrell Motor Company is all about. Nothing is too much trouble for him. You can ask what questions you like and you are not made to feel like a burden. Audi A3 SLine

I bought an Audi A3 in June from Ian Farrell, and I was astounded by the service received. I had been trying to buy a car for a while, and living in the HIghlands was proving to be a bit of an obstacle. I was ripped off for £200 for a deposit on a car whch was never delivered by a private seller, and when I decided to go the car dealer route there was no follow up to any of my initial enquiries. Imagine my surprise when I enquired about the possibiity of delivering a car to me and was told by Stuart that it would not be a problem. A very resonable delivery fee was agreed and the whole transaction then proceeded amazingly smoothly through to the final delivery a week later. | was kept totally informed by Stuart and the delivery driver all the way through and was gobsmacked to receive a vehicle that was even nicer than it had appeared in the photos on the website. The cynic in me has been waiting for something untoward to come up since this purchase(as it is such a stunning bargain) and I had purposefully held off on a review until I completed a trip to Wiltshire and back first. I have nothing but praise for the whole transaction including all the paperwork and the two sets of keys which were provided. My older Audi was my favourite ever car, but it has now been relegated to the other side of the garage.

My daughter bought an immaculate Audi A3… the level of service was faultless. The car was delivered on time by a polite and friendly driver. In a time when good customer service is dwindling, it’s very nice to see that there is still a company out there that makes it a priority…

Skoda Fabia

Excellent service; must say! Especially dealing with Neil (Farrell). He even emailed me back on XMas Day about the car I was interested in (Skoda Fabia - SE L). Was great that Neil didn't even ask me to pay a deposit to reserve the car. Excellent customer service continued till the Bank Holiday Monday after the XMas break; even though I couldn't make it that day, I finally met Neil the following day (Tues.). As written here by others, there were no pressure tactics as I looked at the car. Neil just stood away and allowed me to check the car out and answered my questions. He didn't even ask me, "Do you want it or not?"; I made the decision myself. In my case, I was also part-exchanging my car (Dacia Logan MCV) but there was a (slight) problem somewhere in the engine / electricity. Neil still gave me a decent & fair quote and also allowed me the time to take the car back to the dealer to get it fixed before completing the deal. Also, his finance quote (in comparison to the company I was dealing with) was slightly better, in particular the lack of having to email them or upload paperwork (e.g. salary slips, licence code, etc.). One less thing to deal with! Oh yes, I completed the deal on Friday (just gone) and have already driven 100 miles with the car. All excellent so far! Can't complain at all and I would definitely recommend Neil's company. Great guy to deal with (as I am sure his colleague is as well) and thank you!

The best car dealership/garage I have ever used in my lifetime and the best service I have had from any business this last 12 months of the Pandemic. Prices are justified and reasonable. Work and care is to the high standards without shortcuts. Customer Service is world class. They are polite, not pushy, follow-up and despite COVID make you feel very welcome while responsibly observing government guidance. used car dealers, main dealers and other businesses have a lot to learn from them. I really enjoyed purchasing from Ian Farrell Motor Co. The car I purchased from them is absolutely perfect and I am really enjoying it. I was impressed that they made sure there was a reasonable amount of fuel in the tank so that I could comfortably drive away without anxiety and fear of limited range. But for the first during this dark period of the Pandemic, they made me feel good about myself treating me like a valued person.

Recently purchased a used Mazda 5 from Ian Farrell Motor Co. Online description was very accurate and the video of the vehicle was comprehensive, giving me the confidence to make the journey from the Isle of Skye to Birmingham to view the car. Neil Farrell and Stuart were very helpful in phone calls and Stuart's reception on my arriving at the showroom was first class. The vehicle was found to be as described and on seeing the premises and standard of vehicles, I purchased without feeling any need for a test drive. Excellent from start of process to signing off deal.

Vauxhall Corsa

I was looking for a decent car for my daughter. We found what we were looking for on the Ian Farrell Motors website. Went along to see the car (a 1.2 Corsa SE) and found the sales manager (Neil) very helpful and unobtrusive. After a short test drive we bought the car in a seamless and professional process. On picking it up a day or so later all the small defects we noticed had been fixed to a high standard as promised. The work had been carried out by their own qualified technicians in a well equipped workshop. I would strongly recommend this company. Skoda Superb

I bought a 60k Skoda Superb from Ian Farrell Motor Co. Before I bought it I had a mechanic check it over and he thought it was a good buy. It was described by the mechanic as a good, honest car. After buying it I noticed some noise from one of the wheel bearings at high speed but before I could get it back to them the cam chain jumped a tooth or two. Disaster - but not one that could have been foreseen. I called the garage. Their response was excellent. They picked up the car (100 miles away), replaced the cam chain and the wheel bearing. They also decided that one of the front discs wasn't quite right so replaced both discs and pads without even being asked. This was a very expensive repair and they just did it - no arguments. When I thanked them for the work, they apologized for the inconvenience! We all know the potential problems of buying second hand but if you're worried about it, buy from these guys. They operate the way you want a second hand dealership to work. Recommended

Polite and professional service

Came back after many years to buy another car from Ian Farrell motors as have always had good reliable service in the past. This time they surpassed my expectations. Sold us a very decent car at a very realistic price and turn around from purchase to delivery was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Stuart was very accommodating and just did everything needed to sort us out. Very pleased. Very pleased indeed.

Very helpful, purchased a second hand Citroen. Found the staff attentive but not pushy. Having found the car we wanted it was serviced and given a new MOT plus 3 month warrentee and valet before we collected it the following week.
